Instructors
Zuzanna Kijanowska @zuzakijanowska
Zuza Kijanowska is the founder of the Pole and More school in Warsaw, an experienced pole dance, acrobatics and stretching instructor. She has won the title of Polish champion in sports acrobatics several times, which in combination with Pole Dance has allowed her to develop her own unique style. Being mainly self-taught, she has developed her own curriculum focusing primarily on the basics of Pole dance, correct technique and details. During her own trainings, she loves to improvise and discover lots of interesting moves. Her style can be described in a few words: flow, technique and perfection.
Celestial Edan @celestialedan
Celestial Edan is a boundary-pushing pole artist redefining what it means to move with both power and purpose. His award-winning performances merge raw athleticism with creative storytelling, shaped by his background in flexibility, calisthenics, and expressive dance. In the studio, Edan brings that same energy to his teaching—helping students unlock their individuality, refine their technique, and connect deeply with their movement.
Imogen Gunter @imogengunter
With over 14 years of pole experience, Imogen Gunter has grown from training pole in a bedroom and silks in a barn to teaching workshops and performing across the globe. Known for a signature blend of bendy, dynamic, and flip tricks, Imogen Gunter brings creativity and individuality to every movement. Their teaching focuses on helping students discover unique, interesting shapes and transitions that make their pole style truly their own. Expect innovative combos, flexibility-driven technique, and plenty of inspiration to push your boundaries and find your flow.
Jenny Liebert @jenny_pole_phuket
With a background in gymnastics and contortion, Jenny has been part of the pole dance industry for over 16 years, teaching internationally and organizing training camps around the world. Known for her attention to detail, refined technique, and expressive approach, she helps students reach their full potential in every aspect of pole artistry.
Over the years, Jenny has expanded her teaching to include exotic dance and expressive movement, developing a distinctive fusion of acrobatic and dance styles. Her most recent influence comes from Russian acro-style, combining fluid floorwork, acrobatics, and dance.
The Pole Art Retreat is a unique training experience designed to help dancers explore the connection between pole, movement, and self-expression.
This retreat is not about pushing your body to its limits, it’s about learning to move intentionally and reconnecting with what feels right for each of us through the art of pole.
More than just a pole camp, it’s a creative journey through flow, artistry, and personal discovery. Throughout the week, you will learn to combine movements seamlessly, refine your technique, and develop a deeper sense of style.
🌸 For Beginners
Beginners will focus on elegance, strength, foundations, and connection. You’ll learn how to create beautiful lines and shapes, understand the basics of dynamic and static movement, and start linking transitions smoothly. The goal is to help you gain confidence and a deeper understanding of pole movement and technique, while discovering your personal aesthetic on the pole.
⸻
🌺 For Intermediate Dancers
Intermediate participants will explore fluidity and combination work. Classes will focus on connecting familiar moves into longer, more complex and expressive sequences — introducing rhythm, musicality, and transitions that will make your dancing flow naturally. This level is also perfect for developing a broader movement vocabulary both high up on the pole and in low flow. These sessions will encourage you to experiment with pace, direction, and movement quality — transforming technique into performance.
⸻
🌹 For Advanced Dancers
Advanced students will dive into creative exploration and performance depth. You’ll challenge your versatility through advanced combos, spatial awareness, style development, and artistic effects. Specialised workshops such as choreography-creation labs and combo-design sessions will guide you in creating your own pieces — exploring how to communicate emotion and impact through movement. You will be invited to express your individuality and evolve your artistic identity in a supportive, inspiring environment.
